Being a land of opportunity and the great outdoors, Australia offers more than just a place to learn a new language at one of the many specialist language schools to study English across the country. It’s a long way to travel from most parts of the world to Australia, but having come so far, why not consider the option of learning a language ‘down under’?
The cities of Australia have developed a lot since the early days of the mass settlers. With so many new immigrants from so many nationalities, it’s not so far fetched to consider learning Vietnamese, Greek or a Slavic language here. In fact it is quite possible to learn many different languages here these days. Long gone are the days of the culture-free zone that was the original Australia of the pioneers—the country now boasts some fine academic, cultural and artistic centres.
Australia has a well-deserved reputation as a friendly country, and this factor is no different in relation to its high quality learning institutes and language schools. When you make new friends in Australia, there’s no shortage of attractions to share with your fellow students. A weekend away camping in the bush, surfing near Sydney, diving at the Great Barrier Reef, or driving in the great deserts of the centre, is sure to sharpen your abilities when learning that exciting new language!
